CALL FOR APPLICATION FOR A CONSULTANT IN ESCWA PROJECT

 

Title of the project:  Establishment of National Technology Transfer Offices (NTTO) in selected ESCWA (Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia) Countries (Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, Tunisia, and Oman)

ESCWA proposes to establish national offices in select ESCWA member states (Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, Tunisia, and Oman). The ESCWA Technology center (ETC) in coordination with WIPO helps countries to adapt established policies and framework into the universities and innovation systems of Arab countries taking in their consideration the local conditions and culture.

The ESCWA project with collaboration of ANPR aims to enhance national innovation system capacity through the establishment of National Technology Transfer Offices (NTTO) linked to universities and research institutions facilitating the partnership between the research community and economic development sector, the industry and relevant governmental and nongovernment actors.

The description of the request of the consultant service is mentioned below:

The criteria of selection: the consultant should be an:

- Expert in Transfer of Technology

- Expert in Intellectual Property

- Expert in Scientific Research and Industrial field

- Expert in organizational management and economic models

The consultant should holds the Tunisian Nationality
