frontierCities2 EU Accelerator announces its new open call

 

The European accelerator frontierCities² www.frontiercities2.com will be managing 1.6 million Euros, funding start-ups and SMEs wishing to develop innovative web-based solutions for intelligent mobility and smart citiesusingFIWARE www.fiware.org , the open source platform that allows rapid prototyping of new software applications. frontierCities2 will provide grant funding, up to a maximum of  € 100,000.

 

For SMEs and Start-Ups, frontierCities2 offers two calls:

· Market Acceleration Grants up to € 75.000, to help the deployment of innovative new products and services, bringing existing tested solutions to new cities and markets. MAG Grants are dedicated only to FIWARE-powered applications/solutions relating, in the broader sense, to the Smart Cities domain, already developed during earlier EU FI-PPP programmes (Phase 1 and 2) or during the FI-PPP Phase 3 - A16 acceleration programme.  Deadline: 24 April 2017.

 

 ​FI-Tech Development & Acceleration Grants, from € 40.000 to € 100.000, for developing new FIWARE-enabled solutions. Deadline: 2 May 2017
